Hull structural steel, which is hot rolled steel plates according to the construction of classification society requirements. Steel Grade as follows:

• Normal strength hull structural steel grade: A B D E
• High strength steel plate Grade：AH32 AH36 DH32 DH36 EH32 EH36 AH40 DH40
• Approved by CCS GL DNV LR NK KR RINA ABS (ASTM A131) and BV Authentication Classification society.

Quality inspection:
All the materials should be delivered according to the requirement of the end users and should submit the Mill Test Certificate (MTC), which should including follow information details:

• Standard requirement
• Quality record Numbers and Certificate Numbers
• Heat numbers, Batch Numbers and technical grade
• Chemical component and mechanical property
• Classification society approval and surveyor signature

  

Physical review:

• Classification society approval mark
• Adopt to Paint box out or Paste mark, including technical parameters such as: Batch Numbers, Heat numbers, code standard, and Grade and Thickness Length Width specifications.
• Appearance bright and Smooth, no defect
